Genwa Genweten

Genwa Genweten based in Beirut, has been involved in the sexual and bodily rights movement for over 10 years. She was the Executive Director of Helem for 4 years. She is currently leading on a number of protection and advocacy programs contributing to the LGBTIQ movement. She is leading on research work to better understand the legal threats on the most marginalized groups from digital data perspective. Under her technical consultancy work, she works to reshape power dynamics within work places through technical tools and material.
